Justice and the legal status of the individual

The author in the article considered the concept of the legal status of a person, indicated its various types. The author points out the importance of normative consolidation of the legal status of an individual in a state governed by the rule of law. Some functions of justice in the state, the importance of justice for maintaining the legal status of an individual were considered. It was highlighted that the basic rights and obligations that are included in the basic constitutional legal status of a person are common to all and arise from birth.
