Law-making in Russia: a problem analysis

The article deals with the actual problems of lawmaking in Russia and conducted a problem analysis. It is pointed out that lawmaking is an integral part of important functions of the state and the most important criterion that affects the productive relationship and interdependence of the state and society. The main directions of modernization in improving the quality of lawmaking policy and lawmaking culture are touched upon.
