The problem of formation of legal culture of society and the person, is historically connected with ideas of an order of all existing. The use of cultural-etymological method allows us to identify the basic ideas of people about the order, on the basis of which the perception of the phenomenon of “law” is formed. The use of genealogical approach to the study of legal culture as a structural education indicates the importance and influence of such components as customs, norms and values. The preservation and influence of collective ideas on the legal culture of modern society raises the problem of their phenomenological description. Highlighting the axiological aspects of the formation of legal culture indicates a contradiction between the value of private life and forms of moral teleology and social justice.
