Legal culture in the system of prevention of corruption crimes

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the legal culture of society in order to prevent the commission of crimes in cases of corruption, as one of the tasks of criminal responsibility. This paper analyzes and suggests new ways to increase the level of legal culture against corruption tolerance. The author analyzes scientific approaches to the definition of the concept "formation of intolerance to corrupt behavior" and puts forward his own assumption regarding the composition of this definition. The article analyzes the introduction of an imperative obligation to develop anti-corruption measures and the formation of intolerance by increasing the level of legal culture towards this phenomenon on the part of the private legal sector within the framework of compliance procedures. The key attention is paid to improving the legal culture of young people, as the initial link, through the introduction of a special subject "Fundamentals of culture against corruption" in educational institutions.
