Legal qualification of medical error and its consequences

The article analyzes the issues of legal qualification of medical error and considers various points of view on the upcoming legal consequences. The concept of “medical error” is given, various definitions of this term are given, its essence is revealed. Existing civil law is also reviewed to identify gaps and address them; the theoretical aspects of this issue are clarified, an analysis of the materials of judicial practice is given.
