Legal assessment of the application of non-tariff measures to regulate foreign trade relations of the EAEU countries

The legal analysis of the application of non-tariff barriers in international trade of the EEC countries is a process of research and study of existing legislative acts. This analysis is necessary in order to confirm compliance with non-tariff regulation measures by participants in foreign economic activity by providing permits certifying the fact of legal movement of goods across the customs border. The role of legal analysis of customs legislation is increasing against the background of global changes in the structure of international trade relations and the strengthening of integration processes between the EAEU member states.
