Legal protection of the earth's ozone layer

This article discusses the protection of the earth's ozone layer in the context of the legal aspect. Special attention is paid to adverse effects on atmospheric air and their sources, as well as some issues of international legal protection of the Earth's atmosphere. The main legislative acts of the Russian Federation on the protection of the ozone layer and atmospheric air are considered.
