The legal nature of the international civil process

This article examines the main concepts and theories about international civil procedure, conducts a systematic analysis of the opinions common in scientific polemics about the nature of this right. The aim of the work is to identify and develop such an institution as the legal nature of the international civil process, in order to further a uniform understanding of its main, dominant provisions and norms. This study revealed the multifaceted nature of the nature of this private law industry, several theories about the origin, and also gave impetus to their further detailed study.
