Legal nature of the body of a legal entity and persons containing the bodies of a legal entity

This article discusses various approaches to the definition of "body of a legal entity", taking into account the opinions of both domestic and foreign scientific literature. Much attention is paid to the study of judicial practice developed by Russian courts on this issue. Also, in this article, the relationship between the concepts of "persons who are part of the body of a legal entity" and "body of a legal entity" is revealed, taking into account the opinion of legal scholars.
