In the age of digitalization of the economy and public relations, work through online platforms as a form of atypical employment is becoming increasingly widespread. The article examines the essence of relations related to the implementation of labor activity using Internet platforms. Based on the analysis of judicial practice on the issue of recognizing such relations as labor relations, the author concludes that the legal nature of the relations in question is civil law.
