Legal nature of parental relationships

The article examines one of the topical issues of Russian legislation - the legal regulation of parental legal relations. The material is presented through an analysis of theoretical research on these family legal relations and existing judicial practice. The signs of parental relations are highlighted, the characteristics of the normative legal regulation of relations between parents and children are given, and the directions for improving the institution of parenthood are indicated.
