Legal socialization of personality in sociological and psychologicalpedagogical discourses

On the basis of theoretical research, the essential characteristics of the legal socialization of a person as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon are presented, its features are revealed from the standpoint of different types of legal culture, the preference of the anthropocentric legal culture, which highlights the subject-subject approach in the socio-pedagogical support of the process of legal socialization of a person, is substantiated.
