Legal protection of citizens' rights to privacy in the United States

The article is devoted to the problems of legal protection of private life in common law countries. Special attention is paid to the issue of protection of personal information in common law countries, namely in the United States of America. It seems that the modern experience of regulating this right can be useful for the domestic law and order.
