Legal good as an object of the crime

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the object of crime from the point of view of the legal good, which is developed in criminal law as an alternative to the already established concept of public relations. In the article, the shortcomings of the object of crime based on public relations and the advantages of the right good are revealed in a reasoned and illustrative manner. The chosen topic is updated on the fact that in the scientific literature, opinions have increasingly begun to appear, according to which criminal law protection should not be subject to public relations in general, but the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, society and the state, which are the basis of social ties that form public relations.
