Legal support of activities of EMERCOM of Russia to inform the population in the sphere of security in emergencies

The Empirical base of the research is based on analysis of activities of state authorities of the Russian Federation, including the departments of EMERCOM of Russia, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and bodies of local self-government and other subjects of information relations.
