The legal status of the state as a participant in international private law relations

The authors examined the issues of the legal status of the state in international private law relations related to the problem of the application of jurisdictional immunity and enforcement actions against the property of a foreign state. The analysis of the legal status of the State as a participant in international private law relations was carried out by studying the doctrine of private international law on the issue of State immunity. The legal norms governing these relations at the international and domestic levels, as well as judicial practice. Based on the results of the scientific and comparative legal analysis, it was concluded that domestic legislation in the field of legal regulation of the position of the state in international private law relations requires further development and improvement.
