Legal status and modern protection level of the convicted persons rights within the imprisonment

The article is devoted to the problem of social protection and the level of imprisonment persons’ rights respecting in Russia. In the light of the specifics of legal relations arising within criminal punishments execution, persons sentenced to the imprisonment are the most vulnerable category as the measures and ways of theirs rights and interests protection are limited. Therefore the violations of the rights of these category citizens are frequent enough. The object of study is social relations among criminals serving the terms in prison facilities concerning their rights protection by the correctional institutions.
