Legal status of the judiciary and prosecutor's office under the USSR constitution of 1936

The article deals with the adoption and action of the USSR Constitution of 1936, its main provisions regarding the legal status of judicial bodies and prosecutor’s office. The authors analyze the SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT issues concerning the formation of judicial bodies and prosecutor’s office. Also, the analysis of changes in the structure of judicial bodies and prosecutor’s office, tasks and functions in the system of state power is conducted. In the course of investigation the authors define that the system of prosecutor’s office bodies is united and centralized.
