Legal education as a tool for the formation of constitutional legal awareness of schoolchildren

The article considers a specific type of legal awareness - constitutional legal awareness as the most important element of the practice of constitutionalism in the Russian Federation. The necessity of active legal education among schoolchildren using the fundamental provisions of constitutional law is emphasized. Alternative subjects of formation of the necessary motivation for unconditional respect for the law and the law in minors are proposed.
