Legal regulation of neglected animals: problems and solutions

This article examines the problem in the legal regulation of neglected animals for most regions of our country, and undoubtedly the protection of all categories of neglected animals is an important aspect, the solution of which has been developed for a long time. This article also discusses the reasons for the existence of stray animals, which must be studied to prevent the appearance of stray animals on the streets. The legal ways of solving the settlement of neglected animals are shown, through amendments to the Federal Law "On Responsible Treatment of Animals and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" dated 12/27/2018 N 498-FL.
