Legal regulation of remote labor in the period after the lockdown of COVID-19

As you know, COVID-19 has turned our world into a global laboratory of remote work and opened our eyes to all the shortcomings of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in force during the pre-pandemic period. The Russian legislator reacted quickly enough to the threat by making changes to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation on remote labor. It has been a long time since these amendments were made, but practice shows that not all problems have been solved. Therefore, in order to further improve domestic legislation, it is necessary to pay attention to the shortcomings noted in the article.
