The article raises the issue of legal regulation and realization of the rights of citizens called up for military service on the basis of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation N 647 dated 09/21/2022 "On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation". The question of the concept of mobilization and the formation of this process in Russia is considered. The article examines the measures taken in our country to provide state support to the mobilized and their family members, as well as analyzes the work of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation in 2022 in the field of the realization of the rights of the mobilized and their family members.
