Legal regulation of information security of children in the context of the current legislation of the Russian Federation

The article provides a legal perspective of the current legislation in the field of information security of children. The author emphasizes that information security is a complex problem, which, first of all, is based on ensuring a clear correlation of state and personal interests, setting limits in the implementation of information rights, as well as limits of state intervention in the information sphere of every person's life. In turn, one of the priorities of Russia's policy is forecasting and eliminating the risks that children may face in the information environment.
