Legal regulation of the use of individual mobility means

Due to the increasing number of users of personal mobility devices and the growth of road accidents involving them, there are urgent problems associated with the legal regulation of the status of personal mobility devices, given that today the status of personal mobility devices is debatable. The author, analyzing the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and judicial practice in the Russian Federation, provides options for solving the problems identified in this work.
