Legal regulation of electronic money in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the legal regulation of electronic money in the Russian Federation (the article discusses the problems of electronic payment, electronic commerce, payment systems, laws, the legal regulation of settlements, micropayments, cryptocurrencies, emissions, cash payments, non-cash payments, the Law on NPS). The structure of a company working with electronic money is described using Webmoney as an example. The period before and after the adoption of the law "On the National Payment System" is described. The laws related to non-bank credit organizations are considered. The role of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in regulating the processes of supervision in relation to payment systems in the Russian Federation is specified.
