Legal regulation of crypto-currency in Russia

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of legal regulation of cryptocurrency in Russia, as well as the prospects for its development. The adopted legislative acts and their significance in the legal field of digital currency are considered. It is shown that there is currently no consensus on the legal status of cryptocurrency; examples of attributing digital currency to various objects of civil rights are given.
