Legal regulation of offshore companies

This article is devoted to the study of the features of the legal regulation of offshore organizations. The legal definition of offshore organizations contained in Russian legislation, the understanding of offshore companies by foreign legislation, as well as the point of view of doctrinal sources on this issue is being considered. The author considers the distinguishing features of offshore companies, as well as the main problems arising in the area under consideration.
