This article is devoted to the issue of trade and legal regulation of the organization of fairs and the sale of goods on the basis of the current legal regulation, as well as the concept of financial and economic policy in the Russian Federation. The requirements for the organization of the sale of goods and fairs, as well as the measures of responsibility provided for by the letter of the law for their violation, are noted.
