Medical examinations of employees, who work in the hazardous and harmful working environment: legal regulation

The article dwells upon the main theoretical issues, which deal with medical examinations of employees, working in a dangerous environment. The objectives, types, order, process of the medical examinations, and also the legal consequences of finding out a professional disease (such as dismissals, transfers of employees) and the issues related to discharge of employees that have such disease are considered. The article points out on the necessity to organize highly qualified and frequent medical examinations in different organizations.
