Legal regulation of social work in Russian Federation

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the legal regulation of social work and social protection of the population by the federal legislation and the legislation of the Russian Federation. We investigate the relationship between these levels of legal regulation, which is given absolute primacy of federal laws and other normative legal acts, the list of which is currently estimated at several dozens of documents. These include not only the laws but also decrees of the Russian President, the Russian Federation Government, the acts of the federal executive bodies.
