Legal regulation of territorial public self-government at the regional level

The article characterizes the territorial public self-government on the territory of the Russian Federation. Territorial public self-government is recognized as an effective way to provide an opportunity to enter into a dialogue with the population. Topical problems of legal regulation of the activity of territorial public self-government at the regional level are considered, proposals for its improvement are formulated. General conclusions are drawn, summarizing the results of the study.
