Legal regulation of cross-border bankruptcy

The relevance of this topic is the significant impact of the institute of cross-border bankruptcy on both the global economy and the domestic economy of the Russian Federation. The concept of insolvency, its difference from the cross-border bankruptcy, its features, and also problems and possible way of the legal regulation of the cross-border bankruptcy in the legal space of the Russian Federation are considered. Judicial practice is analyzed, on the basis of which the conclusion is also made. The approach according to the principle of reciprocity, which is accepted in terms of recognition and execution of judicial decisions is disclosed.
