Legal regulation of remote workers

The Labor Code of the Russian Federation contains a special Chapter (49.1) dedicated to the legal regulation of remote workers. This chapter contains special legal rules governing the work of this category of workers. In the article, the author highlights the peculiarities of concluding an employment contract with a remote worker, the procedure for interaction with the employer and other peculiarities inherent in the legal regulation of labor of remote workers.
