Legal regulation of compensative medical services in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the legal regulation of reimbursable medical services in Russia. The main regulatory legal acts are listed, the problems that exist are noted. The author concludes that the legal regulation of this area is on the way of formation and needs to be further developed, while it is noted that differences in legal regulation should not affect the quality of the services provided. In general, there are positive aspects of the existence of paid medical services in the state.
