Legal regulation of temporary transfer to remote work

The author notes the spread of the remote form of work and the clarification of the regulation of these relations in Chapter 49.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The author considers in relation to the norms of Article 312.9 of Russian Labor Code on temporary transfer to remote work in exceptional cases and Part 2 of Article 72.2 of Russian Labor Code on temporary transfer of an employee to another job not stipulated by an employment contract, identifies common aspects. The question of the exclusion of Article 312.9 of Russian Labor Code is raised, amendments to Part 2 of Article 72.2 of Russian Labor Code are proposed.
