Legal content of the preamble of the constitutions in the states of Central Asian

The article presents an analysis of the text of the preamble to the Constitutions of the five states of Central Asia. Revealing the national features of the provisions contained in the preamble of the Fundamental Laws of these countries, the author focuses on the importance of taking into account the noted structural element of the Constitution for understanding the development of the state and its social system.
