The legal discourse: problems of methodology development in the modern science of law and state

The article deals with the problems of methodology development of the legal discourse in the theory of state and law. The author analyses in detail theoretical opinions of legal discourse researchers of different fields of science, describes the features of this category in various sciences, which is possible due to the integrative trend of the legal science development. The paper substantiates the legal discourse analysis as a methodological approach that allows to describe more thoroughly the phenomenon of legal communication.
