Legal nihilism as a factor of the effectiveness of legal regulation

In this article, we have formulated the concept of legal regulation based on the concepts put forward by legal scholars. We have thoroughly analyzed the essence of legal regulation, decomposing it into "object", "subject" and "sphere". They defined the concept of legal nihilism, telling about its negative qualities, adding an example from the history of Russia. Finally, examples were given that legal nihilism is not such a critical phenomenon, but at times has a beneficial effect on legal regulation.
