Legal regime of artificial land plots under US law

This article discusses issues related to the study of US law relating to artificial land and their legal regulation. The author examines the goals pursued by the United States when creating them, since mainly countries create artificial land plots due to lack of land. The results of the study made it possible to understand the legal regulation of artificial land plots in the United States and to identify the features of legal regulation.
