Legal regime of unfinished construction in foreign countries

The article is devoted to the analysis of the nature of the objects of unfinished construction within the framework of foreign experience of Germany, France, the USA and CIS countries. The correlation with the domestic legislation is carried out. The investigated object is considered in such international legal acts as: the legal guidance of UNCITRAL and the International Valuation Standards. The basis for a single legal understanding of the objects of unfinished construction in the CIS countries is formulated.
