Legal regime of the land fund of the Russian Federation

Earth is an integral part of human life, because, like the other benefits of the material world, man has always been needed because of its essence, its eternal disposition to appropriation. In this regard, this article discusses the issues of the land fund of the Russian Federation, allowing to identify the characteristics that predetermine its legal regime.
