Legal status of an arbitration manager at various stages of bankruptcy proceedings

The article analyzes the legal status of the arbitration manager at the initial stages of the bankruptcy procedure, considers the scope of each person’s authority, and analyzes the content and differences of the goals set by the manager and the tasks he solves at different stages, including the restriction on the implementation of the restoration of the debtor’s solvency.
