The legal status of minors in civil society

The article is devoted to the education of minors, protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. The author devotes the significant role to the creating a new branch of law -Juvenile Law, which represents a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, warranties and responsibility of minors in all areas of their life. The state should make efforts to the development of the main provisions of legislation relating to minors in all areas of their life in order to create a healthy generation in Kazakhstan.
