The legal status of the prosecutor's office in Russia and abroad: comparative analysis

The article deals with the legal status of prosecution in Russia and foreign countries. The author identifies four models of the organization of prosecutorial activity in foreign countries. The brief review is given. The fundamental differences between the models of Russian and foreign legal systems are considered.
