The legal status of judges in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the concept and essence of the special legal status of judges in the Russian Federation. The characteristic features of the institution of the legal status of judges are highlighted, the legal guarantees provided are necessary to ensure independent and independent justice, as well as problems arising in the way of justice. In the course of the study, relevant conclusions were drawn based on modern Russian legislation.
