Legal Aspects of the Formation of Modern State Demographic Policy

The article delves into the development of proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of the content and implementation of modern demographic policy in the Russian Federation. The complex of state measures within the framework of demographic policy should be aimed not only at forming a positive image of the family, but also at creating favorable socioeconomic conditions for parenthood. Such conditions presuppose: assistance from the state in solving the issue of providing the family with housing and overcoming the poverty line; changing the quality of functioning of social institutions that promote parenthood and expanding their circle; stimulating a proactive position of employers to promote parenthood for their employees; forming an effective mechanism to assist women in difficult situations; forming parenthood with many children as a type of activity sufficient to meet not only the immediate needs of families, but also their development, including education, based on increased government support. The provision of state support measures should be made as simple as possible for their recipients, with the requirement to provide a minimum set of documents and extensive use of the possibility of interdepartmental information interaction.
