Legal aspects of personnel work in the system of management policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan

The article presents an analysis of priority tasks in working with the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the context of the management policy pursued in this department. Focusing on the special role of the national militia in solving the multifaceted strategic goal of ensuring the sovereignty of the state, the author identifies a list of key measures that are of fundamental importance for the subject area, the analysis of which is devoted to his study.
