Legal aspects of regulating the digital environment of confidence

The article examines the prerequisites for the emergence of a regulatory environment that will provide a favorable legal regime for the development of relations in the field of digital communications and technologies. The concepts of "authentication" and "identification" of individuals and legal entities, as well as the main risks that may arise during these processes, are considered, and the legal regulation is described. The key directions of development of the digital environment of trust in the Russian Federation are highlighted. The opinions of foreign authors on the issue of digitalization are considered.
