Procedural and legal aspects of the legal force of a court decision

Based on a brief analysis of legislative and theoretical and legal provisions, as well as the law enforcement practice of judicial bodies, the publication examines the legal aspects of the specifics of transactions with securities in the modern conditions of the development of the Russian state, characterizes the factors that influence the formation of civil law relations that develop when making transactions in the securities market.
