Legal aspects of strategic planning for ensuring Russia’s national security: 15 years of achievements and unresolved issues

The article analyzes the prerequisites and main stages of the development of strategic planning in the field of ensuring national security of Russia. Special attention is paid to the logic and conditionality of changes in the development of such planning, to those achievements, as well as those obvious but unnecessary gaps and ambiguities that have been identified so far.
